Trees with in Country Villas
Trees are our natural beauty asset, and to have so many mature Live Oaks, Elms, Sycamores is a benefit for shade and aesthetic. However, our property has been here for 40 years and theyhave grown. As an association we make sure the limb over hang for city guidelines on wires street signs complies. We also thin canopies for better light to grassy areas and general health in HOA common areas.
